The Tegallalang rice terraces

What you do there

Multi-level pools, restaurants and bars on site, hammocks and sofas. The mood is a day club: you come for the view over the rice terraces, photos and relaxing. The restaurant areas have no minimum spend according to one guide, unlike the cabanas and day beds.

Getting there from Ubud

The site is in Tegallalang, about 20 to 30 minutes by car from central Ubud according to a 2026 guide. There is parking opposite the entrance. The Grab app makes the return trip easy; otherwise hire a private driver for the day and combine with the Tegallalang rice terraces and the Ubud swing.

When to go

Arrive early (at opening): the site fills up quickly, especially late morning. Avoid weekends and public holidays if you want space on the sofas. Clouds and rain in the wet season can spoil the view: see the best time to visit Bali.

Do not confuse with Cretya Sunset

Cretya Sunset is a newer neighbouring venue whose day beds start at a 3,000,000 rupiah minimum spend for two according to one blog. Specify the venue when booking.
