Who should stay in Sanur?
- Families and quiet couples: the beach is wide, the water shallow near the shore, and a promenade runs along the coast.
- Island hoppers: Sanur harbour is the departure point for fast boats to Nusa Lembongan (about 30 minutes to Mushroom Bay); see Sanur: beach, hotels and boat.
- Avoid it if you want the nightlife of Seminyak or Canggu: Sanur is quiet in the evening.
Noise, transport, safety
