According to 2026 guides, entry costs about 50,000 IDR per person (older listings say 20,000 to 30,000), cash only, from about 8:00 to 18:00, and parking 2,000 IDR for a scooter, about 5,000 for a car. No official source found: confirm on the spot.
Highlights

The two falls
Two curtains of water framed by greenery fall into a pool you can swim in. It is a cooler, quieter waterfall than those around Ubud, at altitude.
The trail
Short, but with steps and damp sections; water shoes or grippy sandals recommended. Children under 10 get in free according to one guide (ID may be asked).
Combining
Banyumala is visited with Munduk, Ulun Danu Beratan temple and the Handara gate, all close by. To compare the island's waterfalls, see Bali waterfalls and, further east, Sekumpul.
Practical info
Tips
- Swimsuit under your clothes, towel, waterproof bag for your phone, small change. The altitude makes the water cold and the air cooler than on the coast: a light warm layer can help. To avoid the crowd, arrive at opening. A day in the north works best with a driver: see private driver in Bali.
How to get there
The entrance is about 10 minutes north of Wanagiri, the village above Lake Buyan, between Munduk and Bedugul (according to guides). You need a driver or a scooter; see Munduk for the road and the other stops in the north.
